We enforce that all employees of CCA have a duty to report abuse immediately. That entails what is observed or that which is suspicious misconduct.
All reports should be made directly to an Administrator. If there are reports of abuse against an Administrator you should report them directly to Mr. Cassels. All accounts will be addressed by the School Board as well.
It is our policy that all suspected abuse be documented. Write down in detail what you observed or heard. If there is any evidence that should be collected at that time and brought to the proper authority.
If any staff members fails to report abuse they are subject to suspension or termination of employment. If that educator holds a teaching certificate they are subject to sanctions on their license.
